Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. frozen thawed mixed vegetables
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. diced and cooked ham, chicken or turkey
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients as you would regular pancakes.
Fry in a skillet, just as you would regular pancakes.
(Best if fried in butter.)
Serve with chicken gravy and watch your family's surprise.
