German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. diced cooking apples
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and salad oil until foamy.
    Add sugar, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, soda and salt; mix well.
    Add diced apples and nut meats.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
