Microwave Creamy Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 slices bacon
3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. white or rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 heaped qt. torn spinach or romaine
1 or 2 hard-cooked eggs
3 or 4 green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

Microwave bacon in microwave-safe pie plate, covered with paper towel, on High 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once or twice until crisp.
Remove bacon bits to another paper towel-lined microwave plate or paper plate.
Reserve 3 tablespoons drippings.
