Spaghetti With Meat Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place ground beef, onion and garlic in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with waxed paper; microwave on High (100%) for 6 to 8 minutes or until meat is pink in center.
Stir halfway through cooking. Drain off excess grease.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste and seasonings.
Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Stir halfway through cooking.
Microwave on Low (30%) for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Stir in spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Yield:
4 to 6 servings.
