Oven-Fried Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer, cut into serving pieces
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put chicken in large bowl.
    Combine soy sauce, onion and ginger.
    Pour over chicken.
    Let marinate 2 hours, turning to coat all sides.
    Drain; reserve the marinade.
    Coat each piece with cornstarch.
    In a shallow baking pan, heat butter; add chicken (skin side down).
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken; pour the combined pineapple with syrup, lemon juice and reserved marinade over chicken.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes more, basting.
