Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken breasts
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    pineapple slices
    green pepper, cut lengthwise
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour over chicken.
    Lay pineapple and green pepper on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
