Mini Wraparounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets)
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    assorted fillings (see details below)
Preparation
    Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 400.
    Mix egg and water.
    Set aside.
    Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface.
    Roll each sheet into 12 inch squares and cut into 16 (3 inch) squares.
    Place filling in center of each square.
    Brush edges of squares with egg mixture.
    Fold two opposite corners to center over filling.
    Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
    Makes 32 appetizers or mini desserts.
