Mushroom Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak.
    Cut in serving pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle soup mix over steak.
    Pour mushrooms and liquid over soup mix.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    If you prefer, you may cut steak in half and place in crock-pot.
    Add soup mix and mushrooms and cook on high for 4 hours.
    This will make enough broth to thicken for gravy if you wish.
