Hawaiian Grilled Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices (undrained)
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; set aside 1/4 cup of juice.
    Place chops in a shallow dish.
    Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, oil, onion, garlic and sugar; mix well.
    Pour over chops.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
    Remove chops and place on grill.
    Turn and baste with sauce frequently.
    Place pineapple on each chop in the last few minutes of cooking time.
