Natalie'S Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    oil (for frying)
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    8 oz. can tomato sauce (will need 2 cans)
    1/2 c. water
    salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops; leave some fat in skillet and add some oil.
    Brown the pork chops.
    After browned, remove from skillet.
    Add 1/2 cup of cooked rice to the skillet to get the flavor of the pork chops; drain excess fat from the skillet.
    Add 8 ounce can of tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of water to the skillet. Add seasonings to taste.
    Add chops to skillet.
    Simmer until the chops are completely cooked.
    Add another 8 ounce can of tomato sauce and a little water, if desired.
