Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. plus 5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Eggs and cheese should be at room temperature.
    Cream the cheese well; beat in 1/2 cup sugar.
    Add eggs and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie crusts (graham cracker premade); bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 20 minutes or until set.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour on top of pies and return to oven for 5 minutes.
    Cool and chill.
