Cheesy Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ham
    6 or 7 c. potatoes
    Cheddar cheese
    onion flakes to taste
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour (heaping)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cube ham. Cook potatoes and cut up. Make white sauce with milk, butter, self-rising flour, salt and pepper. Add Cheddar cheese, onion flakes sauteed in butter and mustard. Fold in meat and potatoes. Put in 9 x 13 dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
