Pittsburgh Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart potatoes, cubed
    1 small onion, cut fine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 Cup Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pint milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in salted water until tender; drain. Combine remaining ingredients and cook until thick.
    Add potatoes. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
