Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 candy Kisses or miniature Reese's cups

Preparation

Mix ingredients together. Use rounded teaspoons. Roll into balls and roll in bowl of sugar. Place rounded balls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press candy piece down in center of cookie. Remove from cookie sheet and cool.
