Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple chunks, drained and cut in half
    1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    1 tsp. grated ginger
    1 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh)
    pinch of ground cloves
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 drop liquid red pepper seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, red pepper, ginger, lime juice, cloves, cilantro and liquid red seasoning in small bowl; toss to combine. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
    Serve with chicken.
