Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
4 c. diced apples (with skins on)

Preparation

Mix together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Make a frosting glaze of powdered sugar, water and vanilla.
