Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream-style corn
2 eggs, beaten
bell peppers, chopped (as desired)
1 onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 small jar pimento
1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
cheese
Preparation
-
Saute pepper and onion in margarine.
Mix with all other ingredients and bake at 300\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
When almost done, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put back in oven long enough to melt the cheese.
