Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. brisket
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Place brisket in baking dish.
Sprinkle onion soup on top. Drizzle mixture of Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke over top. Wrap in double layers of foil or heavy foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Continue baking at 250\u00b0 for a minimum of 7 hours.
