"Save The Labels" Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deboned chicken breasts
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can Swanson chicken broth
1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 large onion, diced
1 can peas and carrots, drained
1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Cook chicken in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Prepare stuffing per package.
Cut cooled chicken into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients.
Add peas and carrots and mushrooms last. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40
minutes.
