Crab And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped tomatoes
6 eggs, slightly beaten
salt and pepper
8 oz. frozen imitation crab meat
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
Preparation

Melt butter in ovenproof skillet. Add onion and tomatoes. Saute until onion is soft. Pour eggs into mixture; season. Cook until eggs have almost congealed. Stir in crab meat (cut in cubes) and cream cheese. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and eggs are congealed.
