Pigs In Blankets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 1/2 c. raw rice, cooked
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine rice, beef, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
    Steam cabbage until leaves are pliable; reserve water.
    Carefully peel off the cabbage leaves.
