Parisienne Prime Rib - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. prime rib
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
2 Tbsp. crushed pepper
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. garlic flakes
2 crushed bay leaves
Preparation

Combine tenderizer and olive oil.
With meat in a large bowl, rub this all over and into meat.
Mix all the herbs and spices together and place on a wax paper.
Roll meat in this mixture, patting to help it stick to meat.
Bake 1 3/4 hours until meat thermometer reaches 160\u00b0 for medium.
Serve with baked potatoes.
