Kathy'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 oz. melted Baker's chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten separately
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, chocolate and vanilla.
Beat 1 egg separately until light and then add to mixture.
Beat very well. Beat other egg and repeat procedure.
Beat until creamy and smooth.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill well before serving (overnight if possible).
Top with whipped cream and garnish with almond slivers (toasted) and chocolate shavings.
