Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans white hominy
    3 lb. pork
    2 to 3 tsp. red chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    oregano, garlic and lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Cook pork meat in a stew pot.
    Add enough water to cover pork. Simmer until tender.
    Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic.
    When meat is cooked, add hominy and boil until kernels pop.
    Add chili; stir.
    Dice some onion and garnish.
    Squeeze lemon juice onto bowl of posole.
    Sprinkle oregano to taste.
