Deviled Steak - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. boneless beef tenderloin or sirloin steak, cut 1-inch thick
dash of pepper
