Shrimp Brennan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 stick butter
    1 head garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 lb. shrimp, deheaded
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Rinse shrimp in cold water.
    In large iron skillet, add all ingredients.
    Bring to boil, then turn down to simmer.
    Simmer, uncovered, until shell is loose from the back of the shrimp. Serves 2 Cajuns or 6 city slickers.
