Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    enough flour to make dough stiff
Preparation
    Roll out and cut.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 about 8 to 10 minutes.
