Surprize Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small jar pimento stuffed olives
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can small mushrooms

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Add meat and mix well.
Drain pineapple, onion, olives, and mushrooms. Place in a shallow pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serve hot on cocktail picks with sauce.
