Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
16 oz. sour cream
chopped onions (if desired)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw potatoes for 1/2 hour.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together all ingredients and pour milk on top.
Put on shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
