Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. coarsely grated raw carrots
    1 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
    Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Sift together dry ingredients and add to oil mixture.
    Beat at low speed for 1 minute.
    Add grated carrots and nuts.
    Spread into pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
