Hamburger (Turkey) Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground hamburger or turkey
    1 c. diced onion
    2 c. diced carrots
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. rice, barley or lentils
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour or until veggies are done.
    Serving size:
    1 cup = 155.5 calories.
