Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mild sausage
1/2 lb. hot sausage
2 c. sharp Cracker Barrel cheese (medium size)
3 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Shred cheese and let stand at room temperature overnight or several hours.
Mix with sausage and Bisquick until smooth.
Make into small round balls.
Place in covered containers and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
