Ingredients

3 c. brown sugar
2 c. distilled vinegar
1 c. apple juice
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dried grated orange peel
4 Golden Delicious apples, peeled and diced
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine first 10 ingredients in a large heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the fruit.
Return to boil.
Turn heat to low and cook until mixture starts to thicken, approximately 1 hour, stirring often (the chutney will thicken as it cools).
Remove from heat and divide into containers.
Store in refrigerator or freezer. Goes great with almost anything.
