Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted margarine
1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
1 large cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip
1 box each strawberry and raspberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Mix together the pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons of the sugar.
Put this in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
Let this cool.
Mix together cream cheese, the remaining sugar until well blended.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Prepare the Jell-Os with the boiling water.
Mix in the frozen strawberries.
Set in refrigerator until almost firm.
Pour cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust as soon as the crust cools. When the strawberry mixture is ready, add it to the pan. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours before serving.
