Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    6 c. shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 cans tomato soup
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons margarine.
    Add
    ground beef and rice.
    Spread 3 cups of cabbage in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with meat mixture.
    Spread with remaining 3 cups cabbage.
    Add tomato soup.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
