Holiday Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots (1/2-inch slices)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt (if desired)
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 green onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. sliced green or ripe olives
Preparation
    Combine carrots and water in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
    Cover with casserole lid.
    Microwave on High 12 to 14 minutes or until carrots are just about tender, stirring once. Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly to coat evenly. Makes about 10 servings, 65 calories each.
