Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. butter
    pinch of salt
    pinch of cream of tartar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    6 qt. freshly popped corn
Preparation
    Boil rapidly brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, salt and cream of tartar for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add baking soda and mix thoroughly.
    Pour over fresh corn. Mix well and pour on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 200\u00b0 oven.
    Cool and store in airtight container.
