Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions
2 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. catsup
2 cans partially drained kidney beans
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper and celery, then drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, catsup, salt and pepper.
Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
Add kidney beans and simmer for another 15 minutes.
