White Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. egg whites
    2/3 c. unsweetened coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder and sugar.
    Add shortening, water and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add egg whites and beat 2 minutes. Fold in coconut and vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0.
