Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pecans
    2 c. black walnuts
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 lb. red candied cherries
    1/2 lb. green candied cherries
    8 oz. mixed fruit
    8 oz. candied pineapple
    5 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. margarine
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    6 jumbo eggs
    16 oz. cheap bourbon or white grape juice
Preparation
    Chop fruit; place in long glass dish. Pour 8 ounces bourbon over fruit and stir until mixed. Cover with plastic wrap. Let set overnight.
