Broccoli Rice Casserole Iii - cooking recipe

4 1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 4 slices American cheese
Preparation

Cook rice; set aside. Cook broccoli and drain; set aside. Saute celery in butter until tender. Combine soup, milk and cheese. Stir in rice, broccoli and celery. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
