Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Hershey's dry cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or stick margarine
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together and set aside.
Cream butter, oil and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in eggs.
Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until tested done.
