Low-Fat Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained
    8 to 10 fat-free crackers, crumbled
    1 small onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into patties, size 3 to 4-inches. Place on broiling rack and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn over and bake 10 minutes more.
