Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 small container sour cream
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch
    1 c. or more shredded Colby cheese or Cheddar
Preparation
    Unroll crescents to rectangle shape.
    Put on a cookie sheet and spread to fit pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden.
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and Ranch dressing together. Spread over cooled crescent thin.
    Add your favorite chopped raw vegetables.
    Cauliflower, broccoli and carrots are a good combination.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cut into squares.
