Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. instant potatoes
    3 c. hot water
    2/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    7 or 8 c. flour
Preparation
Put yeast in warm water and set aside.
In large mixing bowl, put potatoes, hot water, sugar, shortening and salt.
When cool, add eggs, yeast and flour a little at a time to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth; put in greased bowl and cover with waxed paper.
Set in refrigerator (as this rises in refrigerator).
Let set several hours or overnight.
The dough wants to be a little on the sticky side.
Make into rolls or buns (or whatever).
Let rise in a warm place until double in bulk and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
This dough will keep in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days.
