Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (2 c.) salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Combine salmon with next five ingredients and mix well.
    Chill several hours. Combine parsley and pecans.
    Shape salmon mixture into a log and roll into pecan and parsley mixture.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap.
    Chill well.
    Serve with crackers.
