Low Calorie Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. barley
1/2 c. yellow and green peas
1/2 c. mushrooms
3/4 c. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. onions
1 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. celery
3/4 c. white potatoes
1 c. zucchini
parsley, basil, garlic
salt and pepper
4 c. water
Preparation
-
Boil barley and peas for 8 minutes.
Add all vegetables except zucchini and boil.
Add zucchini and simmer until ready to eat.
