Venison Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Pension Tenderloin Steaks
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    4 Thin Slices Swiss Cheese
    4 Thin Slices Cooked Ham
    2 Tbsp. Margarine
    1 Cup Beef Broth
Preparation
    Flatten steaks to 1/4-inch thick.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top each steak with a slice of cheese, and a slice of ham. Roll up tight.
    Secure with toothpicks.
