Blueberry Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour plus 1/3, divided
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. blueberries
    2 c. peeled and sliced peaches
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. butter, room temperature
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt, oil and milk, stirring until mixture forms a soft pastry dough. Place in 9-inch deep dish pie pan, pressing dough evenly over bottom and sides.
    Combine confectioners sugar, 1/3 cup flour, blueberries and peaches; spoon over pastry.
    Combine 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Spread evenly over fruit.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
