Sweet Stickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 lb. cucumber sticks
1 c. slacked lime
1 gal. water
1 1/2 qt. white vinegar
7 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
few drops green food coloring
Preparation
-
Peel
cucumbers,
cut lengthwise and scoop out the seed with spoon.
Cut
into
strips
the size of your finger.
Soak cucumbers overnight in lime and water.
